A Michael Johnson, AIA of AM Johnson Architects
has been practicing architecture since the early 1980's and in the Naples area since 1990.
He was educated at
the New Jersey Institute of Technology, School of Architecture with a degree in architecture. During and after graduation,
he was with Schroeder Architects in New Jersey, a medium size architecture firm.
In 1990, Michael relocated
to Naples, FL and worked for a local builder and gained practical experience in both architecture and construction as the
Director of Design.
In 1999 he became a principal in the firm of Schroeder/Perez/Johnson with offices in New Jersey
and Florida. Michael was the sole designer and architect in the Naples office.
In 2003 he broke off from his
New Jersey partners to form AM Johnson Architects with design studios in Naples, Florida and Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey.
